This blue and black peacock-style cereal bowl is handmade in Northamptonshire UK.

It is a wheel-thrown stoneware pottery cereal bowl. This small bowl has been designed to give the impression of a peacock's tail. This is made by indenting the clay so the glaze runs around the indents. With the black obsidian background and letting blues trickle down to the centre of the bowl this creates a wonderful glaze reaction.

Size is 13cm wide x 7cm tall. It will make a wonderful feature in anyone's house.

Why own a piece of Lois Hook Pottery?

  • Each piece is handmade, hand-glazed, handcrafted and will be a one-off individual piece of art. No two are the same.
  • Each piece is made with time, love, and passion, hoping the new owner will feel the same emotion and love that the artist felt whilst creating it.
  • Each piece is unique and adds character to your home, making a focal point that will be enhanced by its colour and shape.
  • Each piece can be a gift or a statement piece that will last a lifetime.
  •  Each piece is a separate design, a design that the artist has spent many hours if not days evolving and creating into something you can call special.

Please remember that all products are individually handmade and each item is unique.

  •  Suitable for microwave and dishwasher use however handwashing is advised.
  •  All glazes are food-safe (lead-free)
  • Ceramic will get hot when heated or if containing 'just boiled' liquids so please be careful when handling
  • Avoid subjecting to extreme thermal shock. Sudden transfer from hot to cold temperatures and vice versa can cause cracking
